1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing wearable PAPR systems and accessories from aerpod.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the Buyer) and Aura Kleanair Concepts (the Seller, including FLH Kleanair and Klean Energy India Pvt. Ltd.). If you do not agree, please cease using this site immediately.

2. Ordering and Acceptance

Orders are placed through our checkout page and secure backend. The receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute the final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to incorrect pricing, bulk resale suspicion, or logistical delivery constraints.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST at the applicable rates (18% for wearable electronics and related components). Payments are securely collected in full at the time of purchase using the Razorpay payment gateway, which supports Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and authorized Wallets.

4. Delivery and Shipping Policy

Aura Kleanair Concepts ships products to customers all across India. Our standard fulfillment parameters include:

• Fulfillment Window: Orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our shipping carriers within 1-2 business days of payment verification.
• Shipping Charges: Free shipping is provided across India for all major items (including the Nano Aerpod Device) unless explicitly marked otherwise at checkout.
• Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes between 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the location (metros vs. regional areas).
• Shipment Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking ID and link are automatically sent to your registered email address.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want to ensure complete customer satisfaction while maintaining strict hygiene standards for personal protection equipment:

• Cancellations: You can cancel your order for a 100% refund at any time before dispatch. Once the shipment is handed over to our carrier and tracking details are generated, cancellations cannot be processed.
• Returns: Due to the personal hygiene nature of wearable air purifiers, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, damaged shipments, or incorrect item delivery. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
• Refund Method: Once the returned item is received at our Bengaluru warehouse and inspected, refunds will be approved and initiated. Refunds are processed back to the original source payment method (card, net banking, UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.

6. Warranty Policy

The Nano Aerpod Device is covered by a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty starting from the invoice date. This covers functional motor defects, battery circuit errors, and assembly issues. It excludes consumables (HEPA filters and N95 masks) and physical damage caused by drops, liquids, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aura Kleanair Concepts makes every effort to provide highly efficient filtration as validated by DLJ-DRDO testing. However, the Wearable Air Purifier is not a replacement for standard clinical equipment or medical-grade ventilators. We are not liable for health conditions arising in environments with extreme toxic chemical leaks or industrial gas hazards.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of transactions, orders, or terms on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
